• Tickets bought online are cheaper.
• Tickets are also available on site, and a combined ticket with the museum can be purchased.
• For student, senior and disability discounts please prove your entitlement.
• We cannot accept the SZÉP card or vouchers.
• The ticket is valid for a single entry.
• The length of the visit is not limited within the opening hours.
• There is no free entry for teachers.
• Group tickets are available for groups of more than 10 people booked in advance.

Accessibility

The grounds of the Royal Palace of Gödöllő are fully accessible; a step-free ramp leads from the car park in front of the palace.

Getting here

The Light Park is also conveniently accessible by public transport. Visitors travelling to the Royal Palace of Gödöllő can also take advantage of the discounted MÁV–Castle combined ticket. Detailed travel and ticket information is available on the Royal Palace of Gödöllő website: kiralyikastely.hu.

From Budapest by HÉV suburban train from Örs vezér tere to the Gödöllő–Szabadság tér stop; by Volán buses from Stadion bus station; or by train from Keleti station (Hatvan–Füzesabony–Miskolc line).

Dogs

No — dogs are not allowed, to protect the local wildlife. Guide and assistance dogs are the exception: they are always admitted, free of charge and without a muzzle.

Parking

On both sides of the palace, paid every day of the week — 440 HUF per hour. The machine accepts Hungarian coins only; you can also pay by card or via SMS. Visitors with reduced mobility park free of charge in designated spaces.
